Our Story
Reservoir was born in a Sydney apartment block after the committee acknowledged the slow atrophy of committee knowledge and critical building information. As volunteer committee members ourselves, we were tired of scattered files, forgotten motions and knowledge that disappeared whenever roles rotated.
We set out to build a platform that treats a strata committee like a professional board, keeping every agenda, decision and action in a single, audit-ready workspace. Today Reservoir helps buildings preserve their collective memory and frees volunteers to focus on better outcomes for their neighbours.
