Who is Reservoir for?
Reservoir is for the committee itself, independent of your strata manager. Strata management organisations procure and issue Reservoir to their committees, but are limited in what they can see on the platform.
What about our existing documents?
Upload your existing documents, emails and minutes. River AI indexes everything and makes it searchable immediately.
Is our data secure?
Reservoir is SOC2 aligned. Your data is hosted in Australian data centres with enterprise-grade encryption. Your building's information is never shared or used to train AI models.
